Physician Salvador Plasencia, who was charged in the death of Matthew Perry, pleaded guilty to distributing ketamine to the "Friends" actor.

Salvador Plasencia, the owner of an urgent care clinic in Malibu, California, supplied the actor with over 20 vials of ketamine in the weeks leading up to the actor's fatal overdose.

Plasencia is the fourth person to plead guilty for crimes connected to Perry’s death. The previous three were Chavez; Perry’s personal assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, who bought Perry ketamine; and Perry’s friend and dealer Erik Fleming.
