Harvard and lawyers representing Alexander “Shabbos” Kestenbaum in his Title VI lawsuit against the University reached a settlement on Thursday, ending Kestenbaum’s monthslong legal battle with the University.

The Trump administration said it would cut $450 million in funding to Harvard University on Tuesday. Hours later the institution amended its lawsuit against them.

The university filed an amended complaint against the administration in response to the loss of the grants, which had previously been frozen.
