The federal judge overseeing the wrongful deportation case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia said she will order expedited discovery in order to "apply the law to the facts."

Trump officials have continued to push back against the order, and El Salvador's President, Nayib Bukele, said this week he would not let Mr Ábrego García go back to the US. Mr Ábrego García came to the US from El Salvador illegally around 2011.
