Spider-Man actor Tom Holland revealed to Men’s Health that one of the biggest inspirations in his training right now isn’t to look better with his clothes off, but better with them on – specifically, in his new Spider-Man suit. He also said this new motivation came from a very unlikely source.

“Brand New Day” is based on the Spider-Man comic storyline of the same name. In the comic book story, Parker lands a deal with Mephisto to make the world forget he is Spider-Man and resurrect Aunt May. However, the spell essentially reboots his world and dissolves his marriage with MJ.

Tom Holland is gearing up for a busy 2026, with summer releases including 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' and 'The Odyssey.' As for James Bond... TBD.
