With deals for Noni Madueke, Cristhian Mosquera and Viktor Gyokeres agreed, Andrea Berta is turning his attention to another attack-minded signing.

The report stresses that Arsenal and Gyokeres’ camp presented a deal that guaranteed Sporting a fixed sum of €70million (£60.8m) plus €10m (£6.95m) in add-ons. However, the dialogue between the three parties hit a roadblock on Monday and negotiations are ‘at risk of collapsing completely’.

Arsenal are in the process of completing a deal to sign Viktor Gyokeres after taking final steps in negotiations with Sporting CP for the striker. Talks have been prolonged by Sporting president Frederico Varandas refusing to accept what Gyokeres believes was an agreement to leave this summer for €60million plus €10m of add-ons.
