A deep freeze sets in this week as Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky remain blanketed in snow. Schools close for a second day, roads, other updates.

Greater Cincinnati is grappling with its largest two-day snowfall since 2008, with reports of 9 to over 11 inches of snow.

However, one child is using the snow days to make a difference in her community. Instead of building snowmen and sledding, 10-year-old Euralie Glover, of Peebles, got to work in the cold, distributing hot meals to the homeless and the needy in her neighborhood.
