Emergency crews provided immediate lifesaving measures before transporting two women to area hospitals with serious injuries.

Police arrested 26-year-old Jamir Wilson on suspicion of a hit-and-run crash that killed 17-year-old Jeana Louis Santos Flores.

The crash happened about 1:15 a.m. to the area of Lone Tree Way and Dallas Ranch Road.
