An Atlanta police officer is fighting for their life after losing control of a patrol car and crashing into a home Monday night, setting both the vehicle and the house on fire.

Tampa police are searching for the driver who struck and killed a pedestrian Monday night in Grant Park and left without calling for help.

Online court records show he faces a dozen charges, including three counts of aggravated assault, fleeing and evading arrest.
