California awards $419M to combat homelessness in SF, LA and San Diego
Gov. Gavin Newsom announced that the state will spend $419 million in San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego as part of the state’s Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention program.
The state has seen a nonstop run of storms in recent weeks. This one is expected to bring heavy rain through the weekend.
