The Galleria mall owner Leo Karruli has filed lawsuits against owners of the vacant former department stores The Bon-Ton and Sears, said his attorney, John Kalenish.
The Simon-owned mall originally claimed its was owed over $100,000 in unpaid rent from the tenant.
