The Sacramento Police Department released an eight-minute-long video, compiled by the police department, detailing the moments leading up to a deadly officer-involved shooting from Jan. 29.

A knife-wielding suspect was hospitalized after being shot by Bullhead City police Saturday night following a brief foot pursuit near Camino Del Rio Drive.

Richard Gollwitzer, 36, of Ogden was shot at least once in the head outside 367 Orchard St. around 8:45 p.m. on May 8, said Capt. Frank Umbrino of the Rochester Police Department.

A teenager was fatally shot and another was injured in Baltimore in separate overnight incidents, including one near a school, police said.

The Jacksonville Police Department announced that a suspect has been arrested in connection to a shooting that left a 31-year-old dead on Valentine’s Day.

According to the Pike County coroner, the shooting occurred on Avenue B before 1:45 p.m. on February 15, 2026.
