The Las Vegas Raiders drafted former Boise State standout running back Ashton Jeanty with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. It was a move that should completely change the outlook for the Raiders' offense. Along with Geno Smith, Jeanty will help take the team's offensive unit to the next level.

Rookies know they aren't going to be getting Madden ratings in the 90s. The best they figure they can hope for is something in the 80s. Those ratings are out and with an 83 rating, Raiders rookie RB Ashton Jeanty got the second highest rating among rookies.

While the video reveal with Jameis Winston indicates that Jeanty is an 81, a later post by Madden NFL 26 shows that Jeanty actually has a rating of 83. Regardless, he is the second-highest rated rookie behind the Jacksonville Jaguars ’ two-way star, Travis Hunter.
