The National Weather Service issued a weather alert at 4:48 a.m. on Saturday for a snow squall until 5:30 a.m. for Upper Bucks and Lower Bucks.
On Friday at 11:52 p.m. EST a special weather statement was released by the National Weather Service until Saturday at 2 a.m. EST for Huron County.
Highs are slated for the mid 30s Sunday and the mid to upper 40s Monday! We could be dealing with near-record warmth to start next week before conditions slowly cool into the middle part of next week.
A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Friday at 11:43 p.m. for snow squalls and showers until Saturday at 12:45 a.m. for St. Lawrence and Franklin counties.
Frigid and harsh winter conditions will persist into the weekend. A Red Alert is posted for areas south of the Thruway, where the air will be coldest. Wind chills there will drop between -20 to -20 at times Saturday morning into the early afternoon.
