England will discover the extent of Chris Woakes' shoulder injury later this week after his heroics in the classic fifth Test against India.

The hosts failed to retain the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy after the six-run loss at The Oval meant India levelled the series by a 2-2 margin. Woakes bowled a total of 181 overs across nine innings in the series. The bowling all-rounder secured 11 wickets.
