The early ticket draw entry period is set to open on Monday, FIFA announced Friday. Fans will have a chance to enter the between 10 a.m. on Monday, October 27 and 10 a.m. on Friday, October 31. The timing of an entry will not affect the chances of being selected, according to FIFA.
