New episodes of “South Park” Season 27 are set to air on Comedy Central on Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Episodes will be available to stream on Paramount+, but the season premiere did not hit the streaming platform until the day after, according to Paramount.

South Park’s latest episode parodied Donald Trump as a vain, thin-skinned bully. In a splenetic statement responding to the portrayal, the White House did nothing to dispel that description. White House assistant press secretary Taylor Rogers on Thursday bashed the show and the political left in statements to Entertainment Weekly and other outlets.

South Park' couldn't have returned at a better time. The season-opening episode is brutal in its treatment of Paramount, CBS and President Trump.
