Maxey averaged a career-high 26.3 points per game and noticeably improved as a defender in his fifth NBA season, but his efficiency dipped while dealing with mounting losses for the first time.

PHILADELPHIA -- The 2024-25 season is going to be a forgettable one for Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid. The 2023 MVP winner played in only 19 games due to a bothersome knee injury as he underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee.

The 76ers made one last signing Sunday, inking Isaiah Mobley for the finale. Mobley averaged 17.4 points and 7.9 rebounds in 22 games with Delaware. A second-round pick in 2022, he played in 22 games from 2022-24 with Cleveland. He had six points and five assists in 17 minutes Sunday.
