The Huskies ran away with a 4-2 win over Boston College in the first round of the Women’s Beanpot in front of a record breaking crowd.

Tuesday night the opening games of the 2025 Beanpot got underway, setting the stage for what is sure to be an exciting final January 21.

The 46th women's Beanpot begins January 14 and runs through Jan. 21. The 2025 tournament marks the second year that the women's championship game will be played at TD Garden.

Before booking any trips to the current home of the Bruins, the teams must first make their way through the original home of the Bruins and the on-campus home of Northeastern, the onetime Boston Arena known now as Matthews Arena.
