FDNY: 6 taken to hospital from crash on Staten Island Expressway
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Six people were taken to an area hospital from a crash on the Staten Island Expressway, New Jersey bound, during the Friday morning rush hour, according to the FDNY. Congestion also caused extensive delays in the Brooklyn-bound lanes.
The woman was hospitalized for weeks and was able to fully recover, said the Richmond County District Attorney's Office.
