And after being special for most of the season, Kevin Lankinen was less than ordinary. And so were most of his teammates and especially Vancouver’s top players.

Lankinen will be between the road pipes in Tuesday's road matchup versus the Jets, according to Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press. Lankinen earned his fourth shutout of the campaign Saturday in a 3-0 victory over Toronto.

Kyle Connor scored three goals in the first 13:37 of the game, the second-fastest hat-trick in franchise history while Cole Perfetti tallied his 100th career point.

After breaking a four-game losing streak with a 3-0 shutout over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday, the Vancouver Canucks rolled into Winnipeg to face the league-leading Jets, who were coming off a 3-0 shutout of their own against the Colorado Avalanche.
