An "unexpected" sinkhole has closed a section of St. Paul's busy West 7th Street on Friday evening – with the city warning that repairs could take up to two months. The City of St. Paul says it has been forced to close the road between Kellogg Boulevard to Grand Avenue to vehicles after the sinkhole appeared on Thursday evening.
