Brian Flores appears on the verge of being frozen out for a second straight offseason of getting a second crack at a head coaching job in the NFL.

Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores was hoping to land a head coaching job this offseason, but it doesn't look like that will happen.

Things got better after the bye week as Flores got his first win as a head coach over the Jets and their head coach, Adam Gase (Stunning development there). While the Dolphins finished 5-11 in 2019, Flores received a lot of praise for the job he did with a weak roster as Miami beat some tough teams despite a losing season.
