Teresa Youngblut, 21 from Washington, has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of a border patrol agent in Vermont on Monday.

Teresa Youngblut, 21, has been charged in the killing of Vermont-based Border Patrol Agent David Maland, which occurred on Monday.

"When my brother called me and told me the news, I think the first thing that came out of my mouth was 'he's one of the greatest people I’ve ever met,'" Joan Maland, David Maland's aunt, said.
