On Monday, the Chatham County District Attorney also added two more charges of reckless driving and DWI to his list in the fatal boat crash.

Kirk Barton was initially scheduled to appear for an arraignment on Aug. 13, however, that date was moved forward to Aug. 4.

A judge has imposed an additional $10,000 bond on former Cincinnati Bengals player Kirk Barton, who is facing charges related to a fatal crash.
