Conor McGregor's appeal of a Dublin High Court's decision that he is civilly liable for the sexual assault of Nikita Hand has been dismissed entirely.

Conor McGregor has lost his appeal in a civil case in which Dublin woman Nikita Hand accused him of rape. The MMA fighter lost his appeal on all five grounds that the case was taken. The court gave its decision on Thursday over the UFC fighter’s appeal against a High Court finding that he assaulted Ms Hand.

Nikita Hand has filed a new civil claim against Konor McGregor and two others. This follows McGregor's failed appeal in a previous case. Hand alleges misuse of the court process during the appeal. She claims false evidence was presented and then withdrawn.
