Liverpool are making headlines again, this time by overtaking Arsenal in the pursuit of Real Madrid forward Rodrygo, as reported by AS. Newcastle are refusing to sell their star striker, and with Arsenal no longer an option, the Reds could well be the likeliest side to sign Rodrygo, who is valued at €90 million (£77m). According to Diario AS, Liverpool are now making a serious push for the Brazilian forward, with a club representative expected to travel to Madrid soon to begin official talks. Real Madrid are said to be asking for nearly €100 million, and Liverpool appear to be leading the race.
