Severance season 2 takes viewers to a previously unseen area of the Lumon severed floor: Mammalians Nurturable, where a herd of goats is grazing and is tended to by a sizable workforce. The goat room also introduces us to an all-new character played by guest star Gwendoline Christie, the apparent senior member of the Mammalians group.

The Goat Lady in Severance Season 2 is a character called Lush, played by actress Gwendoline Christie. She appears in Episode 3 and is shown to be the head of the Mammalian's Nurturable department at Lumon Industries. This department takes care of goats, a mysterious element that has been a point of interest since the first season.

Who doesn’t love getting a gift or reward for doing their job? Okay, Don Draper would tell you, “That’s what the money is for,” but this is Severance, not Mad Men, and Lumon Industries dishes out additional prizes as an incentive to work harder and faster.
