LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Winter Storm Fern brought heavy snow and sleet to the Louisville area and southern Indiana this weekend. The snow began coming down Saturday afternoon and has no plans to stop through Sunday afternoon as bitter cold temperatures follow close behind.
