Police in Pennsylvania say that a gunman and a police officer were killed after shots were fired at a hospital in York County Saturday morning.

Update: A gunman stormed a Pennsylvania hospital’s ICU and took staff hostage before he was killed by police on Saturday. An officer also died in the shootout.

The suspect, Diogenes Archangel Ortiz, entered the hospital with handgun and zip ties Saturday morning and took several staff members hostage, state officials said.
