Alleged Venezuelan gang leader Giovanni Mosquera Serrano was added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list and was sanctioned by the Treasury Department.

The other two are Wilver Villegas-Palomino, a National Liberation Army leader believed to be in South America, and Yulin Adonay Archaga Carias, the leader of MS-13 in Honduras.

Eduardo Carias-Segura, of Stamford, pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a young boy several times, starting when he was as young as 11 years old.
