The Atlanta Falcons have the challenge of slowing down one of the best offenses in the NFL when they face the Seattle Seahawks at 1 p.m. at Mercedes-Benz Stadiu

The Seattle Seahawks, led by quarterback Sam Darnold, face the Atlanta Falcons, led by quarterback Kirk Cousins, on Sunday, Dec. 7, 2025 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga.

Reed initially sustained fractures in his wrist and thumb during a 27-19 victory over the Houston Texans on Oct. 20. Because Seattle had its open date the next week, Reed had surgery and played in a 38-14 victory over the Washington Commanders on Nov. 2.

While the Seahawks are still in second place behind the Los Angeles Rams because they lost to them earlier in the season, Seattle has been pretty close to perfect in 2025. Sportsnaut contributor Andrew Buller-Russ gave all 32 NFL teams a grade for their efforts so far this season and gave the Seahawks an "A+".

Earlier this week, the Seattle Seahawks waived interior defensive lineman Quinton Bohanna from the 53-man roster. According to ESPN Seahawks reporter Brady Henderson, the idea was to have him back on the practice squad.
