Former Cleveland Guardians and Baltimore Orioles pitcher John Means ruptured his Achilles tendon on Tuesday, the same day he was supposed to sign an MLB contract, he announced in an Instagram post.
The surgery was performed in Dallas by Dr. Dan Cooper, who also repaired the ACL of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
