The family of one of the girls killed in the explosion at a Fremont plant released her identity. Hayven Danielson, 12, was a student at Wahoo Public Schools and grief counselors were available Friday, the district said.

An eyewitness captured the footage, which showed crews spraying water at the Horizon Biofuels plant in Fremont, Nebraska, northwest of Omaha.
