The ongoing Butler-Heat saga sparked a lively discussion among the studio show’s analysts/former NBA players Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal in the early hours of Wednesday morning after Tuesday night’s games.

The Miami Heat have no plans to trade Jimmy Butler, team president Pat Riley said Thursday. "We usually don't comment on rumors, but all this speculation has become a distraction to the team and is not fair to the players and coaches. Therefore, we will make it clear -- we are not trading Jimmy Butler," he said in a statement.

Jimmy Butler declared himself healthy after what he described as a fairly severe illness for more than a week and said he will return to the Heat's lineup Wednesday.
