A new report indicates that Joe is good to go.Per Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Joe Flacco is planning to start at quarterback on Sunday for the Bengals as they take on the Chicago Bears.However, Rapoport said that things could still change if the injury flares back up over the next 24 hours.
