There are some questions about Ohio State's running game. The team lost both TreVeyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins to the NFL Draft. Day brought in CJ Donaldson via the transfer portal and James Peoples will be back with an increased role as well.

While Lagway and Raiola got to show off their skills as true freshman, Sayin was mostly riding the pine in Columbus while the experienced Howard led the Buckeyes to the promised land. Now, however, the California native will get to show what he can do running a very talented offense.

Jeremiah Smith may find it difficult to top a 2024 season in which he sent freshman records tumbling as the Ohio State Buckeyes won the national championship, but he is taking as many steps as he can to try.
