Wisconsin wildlife officials rescued a bear that had a plastic jug stuck on its head. The first reported sighting was in Sawyer County on July 26. Officials set several live traps based on sightings, but the bear was moving too far great of a distance each day for the traps to be successful.

A bear that spent more than a week with its head stuck in a jar is now free from the container. Jason Rantala spoke with some people who followed the bear's nearly 50-mile journey.
