“I gotta get my workout in” Idea for this drill comes from childhood Saturday mornings when my mom all of a sudden notified me we are going to visit my uncle or another social commitment that I wasn’t aware of till that moment. I would complain I can’t go, I must train but this was usually met with fierce resistance, in which case I would get into the ‘I gotta get my workout in’ mode and would do a condensed version, often continuing while dressing up and even when in the car while driving to de
