Our female G-tank inmates at the South Placer Jail honored local fallen heroes this Memorial Day by making plaques for each hero. The inmates shared what they learned about the local fallen hero they were paired with. Each inmate showed their appreciation by writing a note to the hero on their plaque. The plaques were hung up on a banner, as the inmates held a mini parade around the jail. They spent the day remembering them and what they fought for. We are proud of how our inmates chose to remem

The educational programs provided by Placer School for Adults teaches inmates additional life skills and provides them with an educational background which will hopefully lead to future job opportunities when they are released from custody.
