Your setup could be making your back issues worse. I was taught the setup drill Morikawa was using here 25 years ago when we thought the S curve posture was ‘athletic’, it’s not. The 2 points I make here are to reduce the amount of anterior tilt of the pelvis and limit scapula retraction at setup. Golf Digest posted that setup video last year claiming the shoulders were ‘crowding’ the arms and limiting space which simply isn’t true. Give my version a go and let me know if you feel the difference
