WATCH: Video shared with Boston 25 shows the moment a couple started spraying water at a group of individuals who were gathered outside at Tertulia’s Cafe in East Boston on Monday. The victims told police that the couple next door complained about the noise and allegedly told the group to “get out of this country.” They also allegedly used racial slurs and threatened to kill the victims.
