Aldi specially selected Ventoux A classic Rhône blend of Grenache , Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre. Rich in Blackberry raspberry flavours with a lovely hint of spice. medium to full bodied at 14.5% This comes from Ventoux , which is an appellation that is not too far from Châteauneuf du pape, and often produces red wines in a similar style at a much more affordable price. I picked this out at the Aldi Press tasting as one of my favourite reds there in this price range . Grab it while you can . #w
