Happy Pride! In 1975, photographer Fred W. McDarrah photographed 10 rolls of film (!) of the joyful 1975 NYC Pride Parade. Nine of these images are currently on view in Pride and Protest, which documents crucial moments and figures in the history of LGBTQ civil rights (on view through July 13). People at the parade included Vito Russo, who later would co-found GLAAD and ACT UP, Leatherman Larry Rosan of The Eulenspiegel Society, the first BDSM society in the US, the artist Larry Rivers, and Tatt
